"Maria helped me both purchase my new house and sell my condo. It was an excellent experience. My plan was to buy the house first, then sell my condo as soon as possible after moving. Well before finding my house, Maria helped me set up a sales plan to put into action (renovations, staging, etc.) when the time came, so as to minimize time owning two properties. I was admittedly very picky on the house, and was looking in a very limited area. Maria was patient with me for the approximately 1 year that I looked. Once I found my house and decided to go for it, Maria was great with helping strategize the offer. Despite there being three other offers, including one for a higher price, Maria helped me get it. It was the only house I wrote an offer on. Maria then helped with all the details of closing the deal, including some minor day-of-closing headaches. As to selling, Maria also did a great job on that. Once the offer on the house was set up, we set our sales plan in motion. I moved out on a Thursday and the renovation/staging started the following Monday. All the details were taken care of, and I all I had to do was coordinate a few minor things with the building. Otherwise it was on autopilot. About 10 days later, the condo went on the market. It sold in 5 days or so for 5,000 over listing. Again, Maria helped all the closing stuff go smoothly. "John was one of many realtors that we consider during the process of selling our mothers home. Some others had been recommended to us from people that had recently been through the process so you would have thought they had some advantage in the process, but not so. We found John to be extremely knowledgeable about the market and the timing for putting the house up for sale. Additionally, he was right on target with identifying things that we needed to do to get the house ready for sale and things that we had considered doing that he felt would not make any difference to buyers and would be a waste of our time and money. He was always very responsive and helped us identify vendors to come in and do some of the work on the house that we could not do ourselves. He had a great pricing strategy but also flexed with us on the listing price and in the end his strategy worked our very well with multiple offers for what I would consider a quick sale at a very acceptable price. He scheduled open houses for the property and engaged with other agents to ensure that there was maximum exposure of the property to potential buyers. John was not just dealing with one client in our situation. My two brothers and I were all executors, so John had to engage with the three of us and one brother was out of town. John adjusted his schedules to accommodate our situation and made sure that we were all in agreement with the way forward on the house. He also quickly lined up very reasonably priced contractors to take care of items identified in the home inspection that needed repair. This all aiding in the timely completion of the sale."

"I was doubtful at the start that your team would be able to get such a good price for my one-bedroom/one-bath condo in this difficult market. I did my research, and there were a number of similar, but more spacious condos listed at a lower price in my building and in the area. The offer certainly exceeded my expectations. If that were not enough, you came to my home on a Sunday night to help me with some plumbing. You also made small repairs yourself to get the condo in optimum shape.
